Return and Refund Policy

Returns:

Our policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of merchandise are exempt from returns. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards. Other non-returnable items:
Gift cards .
Downloadable software products.
Certain health and personal care items.

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not demand your purchase from the manufacturer without first informing us. Please contact us at John.art@outlook.fr

In some cases, partial refunds are granted.
English book with obvious signs of use.
Open a CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape or vinyl record.

Refunds (if applicable).

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you when your refund is approved or rejected.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 to 30 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable).
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to: John.art@outlook.fr.

Delivery. To return your product, send us an email to: John.art@outlook.fr.

Refused, unclaimed orders or merchandise returned due to customer error are subject to a 15% restocking fee in addition to any freight charges. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary from 25 to 99 days.

If you are shipping an item valued over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
